About Us
Janna Health Foundation (JHF) is a Non-Governmental Organization that focuses on building sustainable development through providing access to medical services and information while improving communities’ livelihood. We are registered as Non-Governmental Organization in Nigeria with CAC (CAC/IT/NO/56062).
Our Mission
Our Mission is to contribute to a healthy environment through delivery of high quality community and patient centered care within the framework of our National and International Goals.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to promote Maternal and Child Health while also working towards reducing the prevalence and socio-economic problems associated with HIV/AIDS, TB and Leprosy.
Specific Objectives
- To contribute towards improving maternal and child health in Nigeria
- To improve the health status of victims of abuse, insurgency or terrorism and contribute to the improved education of the girl child in Nigeria
- To contribute to reducing the burden and socio-economic problems associated with TB, HIV and Leprosy in Nigeria
- To contribute to the control of Neglected Tropical Diseases among school children by
promoting regular use of foot wear and deworming in Nigeria

How We are Funded
- Global Fund Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) through Health Alive Foundation (HAF) for Community TB Care in 2014/2015
- Victim Support Fund (VSF) to implement Foster Parenting Project in Adamawa State in 2016/2017
- STOP TB Partnership’s Wave 5 TB REACH grant through Gombe State Agency for Control of AIDS for active TB and HIV case finding in IDP camps and Host Communities in Adamawa State in 2017/2018.
- STOP TB Partnership’s Challenge Facility for Civil Society (CFCS) Round 8 Grant for active TB and HIV screening of Nomadic School children and communities in Adamawa State for the period 2018/2019
